Frequently Asked Questions
- What qualifies as an eligible trade-in compressor?
A: Any oil-flooded stationary air compressor that is 5 years or older qualifies. It can be from any brand, including Sullair. The unit must either be scrapped or designated as a backup unit to participate.
- What models are eligible for the $50 per horsepower savings?
A: Only select Sullair oil-flooded rotary screw compressors between 25–100 horsepower qualify. This includes specific models in the S-energy® and SN series. ShopTek and encapsulated units are not eligible.
- Is the 1-year service agreement optional?
A: No. To receive the $50/hp instant savings, customers must sign a 1-year or longer service agreement with Hitachi Air Center at the time of purchase. This helps ensure long-term reliability and support for your new equipment.
- Can I participate if I recently bought a Sullair compressor?
A: Only new sales placed between March 2 - September 30, 2026, qualify for this promotion. Orders placed before March 2 are not eligible for the discount.
- Can I use this promotion with other discounts or programs?
A: No. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, concessions, or special pricing. It applies only to standard new purchases made through Hitachi Air Centers.
- Is this offer available in all locations?
A: The promotion is valid only in the United States and Canada through Hitachi Air Centers and participating Authorized Sullair Distributors. It is void where prohibited.
